The duration of a 1-1 session for children is +/- 45 minutes. The duration of a 1-1 session for adults is between 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours.

What is the total length of a children's coaching session and what is the time interval between sessions?

I accompany children in coaching over a period of about 3 months. However, this can deviate - be shorter or longer. The coaching takes place once a week.

How long and at what intervals is adult coaching recommended?

For a fully successful development of potential, transformation and healing within you, I recommend doing the coaching over a period of at least 2-3 months with a weekly session. Depending on the topic, the period can also be somewhat shorter or longer.

No, the coaching and transformation therapy sessions are suitable for everyone and you are very welcome!
It is important that you feel YES with a clear heart.

Yes, definitely! You will receive many wonderful and easily implementable exercises for practice, as well as tools that you can use in everyday life. I will also send you audios on certain topics and exercises from time to time.

In presence Sessions for adults take place in the space Corpo&Alma (nearby Cascais,Portugal).

In presence Sessions for children take place in the space Corpo&Alma. 
As well as in the German school of Lisbon for children of this school.

Online Sessions for adults and children take place by Zoom.

At what age does coaching make sense for children?

Depending on a child's level of maturity, coaching can be very supportive for children from the age of 5 years old.
