I am a passionate Meditator and facilitator of the weekly happening Meditation gatherings.
Meditation for me is the path of remembering, who we truly are and the opening to the space, that is beyond our mental reach.
A space, where our feeling guides us and our intuition is empowered.
In the monthly online meditation gatherings I share with you content about how to live and experience a life out of inner balance, harmony and peace.
I'm particularly interested in sharing with you topics such as self-care, self-love, being in touch with ourselves and becoming more and more the observer of our mind, body sensations and emotions.

which means that I rely on the generosity of our community to keep the gatherings going.
